PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, OTHER DISCOUNTS AND INFORMATION

There are no Cancellations or Refunds on any Sponsorships which are requested and paid for.

Payment Policy: Payment must be received in full within 7 days of Registration or before February 18, 2020,

whichever comes first.

Cancellation Policy: You must notify PBWIEC® by email no later than February 15, 2020, if you wish to send a

substitute participant. If you are unable to find a substitute participant, please notify PBWIEC® in writing, no later

than January 18, 2020, and a credit voucher will be issued to you for the full amount paid and will be redeemable

against the Year 4 PBWIEC® Conference currently anticipated to be held February of 2021 in Midland, Texas. All

correspondence to be emailed to Info@PBWIEC.com.

Refunds: If you prefer, you may request to receive a refund of any Registration fees paid less a $150

administration fee per Registrant and type of Registration. No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations

received within 30 days of February 18, 2020, and any unpaid registrants who try to cancel after January 18, 2020,

will still be held liable for the full cost of their Registration(s).

Other Discounted Offers: We are pleased to offer reduced rates for groups of five (5) or more, paying in full, on

one receipt, and we also offer discounted rates to government employees. For further information please contact

us at Info@PBWIEC.com. Please note that promotional discounts may not be combined or taken after an order

has been completed online.

PBWIEC® reserves the right to cancel and/or amend the agenda, venue, dates and advertised participants of any

part of the Conference it deems necessary and will not be responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by

registrants. No liability is assumed by PBWIEC® for changes in program, date, content, speakers or venue.
